Contact usHow fast does a sleeping app wake up?
In our measurements, 2.9 to 13.9 seconds depending on the stack. For a shop or booking page, set it to never sleep.
Do you charge for our own Supabase, Clerk or MongoDB?
No. They bill you directly. We only charge your app's own running time and bandwidth.
How do team members sign in?
Each person uses their own Google or GitHub account, and the whole team shares one credit balance. There is no charge per person.
What happens when credit runs out?
New deploys wait and everything keeps running for 5 days while we email you. After that, server apps pause until you top up. Static sites stay up.
Is there a limit on one top-up?
Not from us. Your bank may limit a single payment: UPI usually allows up to ₹1 lakh at a time.
