The agreement, in plain words.

1. Who we are

Antideploy is operated by Antilayers Private Limited, a company incorporated in India. In these terms "we", "us" and "Antideploy" mean Antilayers Private Limited, and "you" means the person or organisation using the service.

By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Antideploy builds and runs applications on cloud infrastructure. You connect a repository, upload a folder, or push code through our API, and we build it into a container, run it, give it an address, and keep it serving. We can also provision a Postgres database, run scheduled jobs, store environment secrets, roll a deployment back to a previous version, and issue AI API keys paid for from a prepaid wallet.

We run applications with more than one hosting provider, and may move an application from one to another, for instance when one of them is unavailable. Its address stays the same.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You sign in with GitHub, Google, or a one-time link sent to your email address. Keeping that account or inbox secure is your responsibility, because whoever controls it controls your Antideploy account.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account, including by API keys and account tokens you have created.
• One person or organisation per account. Sharing credentials is at your own risk.

4. Your code and your rights in it

Your code stays yours. We claim no ownership of anything you deploy.

To run it, we need your permission to do the obvious mechanical things: store it, copy it, build it into a container image, run that image, and serve its output to whoever visits its address. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to do exactly that, for as long as you keep the application on the platform, and for no other purpose. We do not use your code to train models and we do not share it with anyone outside the providers listed in our Privacy Policy.

You confirm you have the right to deploy what you deploy.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Antideploy to host, build, run or distribute:

• anything unlawful under Indian law, or content you have no right to distribute,
• malware, ransomware, botnet control, or tooling whose purpose is to compromise other systems,
• phishing pages, fraudulent storefronts, or anything impersonating another person or business,
• bulk unsolicited email or messaging,
• cryptocurrency mining of any kind, including mining started from inside a desktop, virtual machine or container that your application runs, and any connection to a mining pool,
• remote desktops: VNC, RDP or browser-based desktop environments, or anything else that turns an application into a general-purpose computer,
• remote shells and tunnels: web terminals, SSH access exposed to the internet, or tunnelling tools such as ngrok, tmate or sshx,
• open proxies, VPN endpoints, or relays for other people's general internet traffic,
• workloads whose main purpose is to consume compute rather than to serve an application,
• scanning, load testing or attacking systems you do not own or have permission to test,
• child sexual abuse material, or content that incites violence or hatred,
• anything designed to attack, overload or degrade our infrastructure or another customer's.

You also may not try to get around the limits in section 6 or the checks below, for instance by creating extra accounts, disguising what a project runs, or downloading prohibited software after it has been deployed.

How we enforce this

• Before we build. We automatically check what you deploy, including Dockerfiles, compose files, start scripts and file names, and we refuse to build projects that contain miners, remote desktops or remote shells.
• Your own Dockerfile. Accounts signed in with GitHub or Google, and accounts on any paid plan, can deploy their own Dockerfile from the first minute. An account created with only an email address can once it is 7 days old. If our monitoring stops one of your applications for keeping its processor fully busy, your own Dockerfiles are paused until we have reviewed it. While they are, we build a project the way we build one without a Dockerfile whenever we can tell how, and tell you we did. An application hosted on Google Cloud also needs an account at least 24 hours old for its own Dockerfile. Everything else works from your first minute.
• While it runs. We monitor how much compute each application uses. An application that keeps its processor fully busy for a sustained period may be stopped automatically while we look into it.

5A. Previews published from ChatGPT

The Antideploy plugin for ChatGPT can put a static website live without an account. We call that site a preview. This section applies to previews, in addition to the rest of these terms. By publishing a preview you agree to these terms, and you confirm that you are at least 18 and have the right to publish what you publish.

• What a preview can be. Static files only: HTML, CSS, JavaScript that runs in the browser, images, fonts and similar, up to 50 files and 10 MB. No server code, no database, no sign-in system and no payments.
• It is public and it is temporary. A preview is served on an address we choose, and is deleted 24 hours after it was made unless it is kept. Once it is deleted it cannot be recovered.
• Keeping it. Whoever opens the claim link shown in the conversation and signs in first becomes the owner, so treat the link like a password. From then on the site is an ordinary application in that account, and the rest of these terms apply to it as to any other.
• Acceptable use applies in full. Section 5 applies to every preview. In particular, no phishing pages and nothing that impersonates a bank, a payment page or another business. Every page of a preview carries a notice that it is an anonymous preview which Antideploy has not checked, with a link to report it.
• We may remove any preview at any time, without notice, if we think it breaks these terms or puts anyone at risk. To report one, write to support@antideploy.com.
• Limits. We limit how many previews one ChatGPT user can make in a day, and how many we accept from everyone in an hour. A preview comes with no promise that it stays up for the whole 24 hours.

6. Plans and limits

These are enforced in software, not aspirational.

On these plans, bandwidth and build minutes are not metered or capped today. If that changes we will announce it before it applies. On the Business plan, bandwidth is metered and charged (section 7A).

Reaching an application limit stops you creating a new application. It does not stop your existing applications running, deploying, or keeping their data.

7. Pricing, billing and taxes

• The Free plan costs nothing and requires no card.
• The paid plans are Go at ₹399 per month (₹3,990 per year), Pro at ₹1,999 per month (₹19,990 per year) and Scale at ₹6,999 per month (₹69,990 per year). What each includes is on the pricing page.
• If you took a founding or early-builder price before these plans, you keep it for as long as you keep the plan without interruption, including after prices change.
• A plan can be paid by subscription, which renews each period until you cancel it, or once, which covers a fixed period and does not renew.
• A free period we give you, such as a trial, costs nothing and ends on the date shown in Settings, then Billing. After that your account returns to the Free plan unless you have set up a paid plan, and nothing you have built is removed.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees.
• Payments are collected by Razorpay. We never receive or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• A subscription renews automatically each period until you cancel it. You authorise the recurring charge when you set up the mandate at checkout.
• If a payment fails, Razorpay will retry. Your plan continues during those retries. If recovery fails, the subscription stops and your account returns to the Free plan.

AI wallet

• AI API keys are paid for from a prepaid AI wallet. You add money first; nothing is charged afterwards.
• Usage is charged at OpenRouter's price for the model your application used, converted at ₹90 per US dollar.
• Adding money to the wallet carries a fee of 15% on top of the amount you add. The fee is shown on the top-up page before you pay, so ₹100 of wallet credit costs ₹115.
• A single top-up is between ₹100 and ₹10,000. A wallet can take up to ₹1,000 a day during its first 7 days, and up to ₹20,000 a day after that.
• Wallet money added on or after 17 October 2026 is valid for 365 days from the day it is added, and whatever is left of it after that expires. Money added before that date does not expire. When the balance runs out your AI keys stop working until you add more. Requests already in progress when it runs out can take the balance slightly below zero, and that amount comes out of your next top-up.
• We may pause AI keys for a safety check, for example if spending suddenly rises sharply. Your balance is kept while they are paused.

7A. The Business plan

The Business plan is for teams who run apps for themselves or for their clients. Instead of a monthly plan, you add credit and what your apps use is taken from it. It is for accounts that start it from antideploy.com/business. If you start it for a business, you accept these terms for that business and confirm that you are allowed to.

Credit

• Credit belongs to your organisation on Antideploy, not to any one person in it. It can only be used to pay for usage on Antideploy. It cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for cash, or moved to another organisation or account.
• A top-up is at least ₹500, with no fee for adding it. A single top-up above ₹10,00,000 is arranged with us directly.
• Credit is added once Razorpay confirms the payment.
• Each top-up is valid for 365 days from the day it is paid, and the oldest credit is always used first. Whatever is left of a top-up after 365 days expires and can no longer be used. We email the owners of your organisation 30 days before a top-up with credit left on it expires.

What is charged

• Server apps for the time they run, databases for the compute they use and the data they keep, file storage, bandwidth and email, at the prices on the Business page.
• Static sites, custom domains, builds and the people on your team are not charged.
• Usage is counted for each day, from midnight to midnight UTC, and taken from your credit once that day has ended, usually within a few hours. Settings, then Billing, shows what each day, each app and each client cost.
• AI keys are paid from the AI wallet in section 7, not from Business credit.
• We may change these prices. We will email the owners of your organisation before a change takes effect, and usage before the change is charged at the old price.

When credit runs low or runs out

• When your credit falls below ₹100, we email the owners of your organisation.
• When it runs out, your apps keep running and what they use is still counted. That amount is owed and is taken from your next top-up before anything else. We do not charge your card or UPI for it.
• While there is no credit, new deploys wait until you add credit, and apps set never to sleep go back to sleeping when idle.
• If no credit has been added five days after it ran out, your server apps are paused: they stop, and visitors do not start them again until you add credit. We email the owners when the credit runs out, the day before the pause and when it happens. Static sites stay up, and nothing is deleted. Adding credit starts paused apps again within minutes.

Teams

• An organisation has owners and members. Owners add credit, see billing, choose which apps never sleep, and invite, promote and remove people. Members deploy and manage their own apps.
• What every person's apps use is charged to the organisation's credit. Owners are responsible for who they invite and for what the people in the organisation use.
• Each person signs in with their own account, which belongs to one organisation at a time. Someone who still has apps cannot leave or be removed until those apps are deleted or moved, because they are charged to the organisation while that person belongs to it.
• An organisation always has at least one owner: its last owner cannot leave it, or delete their account, while other people belong to it.

Refunds and limits

• Business credit is non-refundable, including credit you have not used, except where the law requires a refund: for example a charge we made in error, a payment you did not authorise, or a failure of the service on our side. If we stop offering the service, we refund the credit left at that point. A refund is made through Razorpay to the original payment method.
• If an account is suspended for breaching section 5, its organisation's credit is forfeited.
• A Business account can hold as many apps, databases and storage buckets as the Scale plan in section 6. These limits are there to catch mistakes and abuse; contact us if you need more.

8. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time, from your Razorpay subscription page or by emailing us.

When you cancel, your paid plan continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. It is not cut off on the day you cancel. After that date your account returns to the Free plan.

We do not offer refunds for part-used periods. Cancelling stops the next charge, it does not refund the current one.

AI wallet top-ups are non-refundable, including any balance you have not used, except where the law requires a refund. Wallet money cannot be withdrawn or moved to another account. If an account is suspended for breaching section 5, its wallet balance is forfeited.

The Business plan has no subscription to cancel: you stop adding credit. Refunds of Business credit are covered in section 7A.

If you believe you have been charged in error, email support@antideploy.com and we will investigate. Where a refund is due we will make it through Razorpay to the original payment method.

9. Availability

We do not offer a service level agreement, and we do not promise a percentage of uptime. We say this plainly rather than burying it, because at this stage promising one would be dishonest.

We may need to interrupt the service for maintenance, upgrades, or because a provider we depend on has a problem. We will avoid that where we can and keep it short where we cannot.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches section 5, that is being used in a way which threatens the platform or other customers, or where we are required to by law. Where circumstances allow, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right.

Some breaches are stopped immediately and without notice: cryptocurrency mining, remote desktops, remote shells and tunnels, attacks on other systems, and anything else that puts our infrastructure at risk. In those cases we suspend the account, delete its applications, and may refuse future sign-ups from the same GitHub account, Google account or email address.

If a breach of section 5 causes us loss, including the suspension of our cloud infrastructure by one of our providers, you are responsible for that loss to the extent the law allows.

You may stop using the service at any time. You can delete your account yourself under Settings, then Account, or email support@antideploy.com from the address on your account and we will do it for you. Deleting an account cancels any subscription, deletes your applications and data, and cannot be undone.

11. Third party services

Antideploy runs on infrastructure operated by others, including Google Cloud, Fly.io, Railway, Neon, Cloudflare, Razorpay, Resend, OpenRouter, GitHub and Google. Your use of the service depends on those providers, and their own terms apply to their part of it. When your application uses an AI API key, the terms of OpenRouter and of the model provider it reaches apply to those requests. We are not responsible for outages, changes or decisions made by them, though we will act on your behalf where we reasonably can.

12. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Backups are your responsibility. We create databases for you, but we do not guarantee backups of their contents, and you should keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or data.

Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. If you are on the Free plan, that amount is nil.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud.

14. Changes

We may change these terms. If a change materially affects your rights or what you pay, we will email account holders before it takes effect, and the date at the top of this page will change. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.

Existing subscribers on a founding price keep that price through any pricing change, as described in section 7.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Dehradun have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
