# What is Antideploy?

URL: https://antideploy.com/blog/what-is-antideploy

Antideploy puts what your coding agent built online. It runs your app, creates the database it needs and gives you a live link.

## At a glance

- **Made for coding agents**: Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Antigravity
- **No Dockerfile**: It reads your code and builds it
- **A database included**: Postgres, created when your code needs it
- **Free to start**: No card, no trial clock

## The short answer

Antideploy is a place to run apps that were built with an AI coding agent. You paste one sentence into your agent, such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or Antigravity. The agent reads your project, builds it, runs it behind HTTPS, creates the database it needs and gives you a live link.

In one line: Antideploy deploys whatever your coding agent built, backend and database included, with no Dockerfile and no dashboard.

## What problem does it solve?

You built an app with an agent and it works on your computer. To put it online, you normally have to choose a host, learn what a server is, write a Dockerfile, set up a database, copy keys into settings, and add a domain. Each step has its own page of options and its own ways to fail.

**Without Antideploy.** You choose a host, write build and start commands or a Dockerfile, create a database somewhere else, copy a connection string, set variables by hand and read logs in a dashboard.

**With Antideploy.** You paste one sentence and click Approve once. Your agent reads the code, does those steps itself and tells you the address.

## What it does

- **Reads your code first.** It works out the language, framework, start command, port and what your app needs, and shows which file each answer came from.
- **Runs real servers.** Node.js, Python, Go, Ruby and Java apps run as ordinary long-running processes, with HTTPS from the first deploy. Static sites run free and unlimited.
- **Creates what the app needs.** A Postgres database, a private file bucket, sign-in for your users, email, an AI model key and scheduled jobs, all set up by your agent.
- **Warns before it builds.** It flags code that would deploy and then lose data, such as a SQLite file or uploads saved to disk.
- **Watches the app.** Logs, traffic numbers and health checks, and an email if the app goes down.

## Who is it for?

It is for people who build with a coding agent and want the result online without learning servers. The agent does the work, and you stay in charge of one approval.

It is not for every kind of app. Each app runs as one instance in one region, Singapore, and sleeps when idle. If you need apps spread across the world, automatic scaling or always-on background workers, read [what Antideploy cannot run](https://antideploy.com/blog/what-antideploy-cannot-run).

## How you use it

### 1. Paste one sentence into your agent

Open your project in your agent and paste the sentence above.

### 2. Click Approve once

Your agent shows you a link. Open it and click Approve. If you have no account, the link creates one.

### 3. Open your live link

Your agent creates the app, creates a database if your code needs one, deploys, and tells you the address, such as `my-app.antideploy.app`.

## What it costs

The Free plan needs no card and has no trial clock. It includes unlimited static sites, 1 live app with a server, 10 successful deploys a month and 1 Postgres database. Failed deploys are free on every plan.

Paid plans are charged in rupees, by UPI or card. Go is ₹399 a month for 3 live apps, Pro is ₹1,999 for 9 and Scale is ₹6,999 for 20. See [is Antideploy free](https://antideploy.com/blog/is-antideploy-free) for what happens at each limit.

## Here's where it stops.

A platform that only tells you what it is good at is one you find the edges of in production. These are the ones to know before your first deploy.

### Apps sleep when idle

On every plan, an app nobody is using goes to sleep and the next visit wakes it. The first request took 2.9 to 13.9 seconds in our measurements, depending on the stack. There are no always-on workers, so use a cron job or a webhook for background work.

### One region

Everything runs in Singapore, with the database beside the app. Users far from Asia will see slower responses.

### One instance, no previews

Each app is one instance with 1 shared vCPU and 1 GB of memory, and a Java app gets 1 dedicated vCPU and 2 GB. There are no preview deployments and no per-branch URLs.

## Questions about Antideploy, answered.

Anything else? Write to us and a person answers.

[support@antideploy.com](mailto:support@antideploy.com)

### Is Antideploy an AI coding tool?

No. Your coding agent writes the code. Antideploy runs it. It works with the agent you already use.

### Do I need to know about servers or Docker?

No. Antideploy reads your project and builds it for you. You do not write a Dockerfile or any configuration file. If you already have a Dockerfile, it is used.

### Where do my apps run?

In one region, Singapore, close to users in India and Southeast Asia. The database runs beside the app.

### Who is behind Antideploy?

A small team. Antideploy is a young platform, and its [limits are written down](https://antideploy.com/blog/what-antideploy-cannot-run) so you can decide before you commit.

### Can I try it without paying?

Yes. The Free plan needs no card. Start by pasting the sentence into your agent.

## Deploy something. Start with one sentence.

Paste one sentence into your coding agent, click Approve once, and get a live link. No card, no trial clock.

To set this up, give your coding agent this sentence:

```text
Set this project up to deploy on Antideploy. Fetch https://antideploy.com/agent.md and follow it.
```
